Marketing Communications Strategist
“I’m excited to do work that creates change across our community. Minnesota Philanthropy Partners and its community of affiliates lend a unique perspective to addressing the many complex issues facing our state, especially racial equity.”
As marketing communications strategist, Kathleen highlights the important work done by grantees of Minnesota Philanthropy Partners’ foundations to help current and potential donors looking for an outlet for their charitable gifts. Her favorite part of the job is thinking ‘big picture’ about the stories we can tell and ways to provide the best services to our community and donors.
She joined MN Partners in 2015. Before that, Kathleen was communications manager for YouthLink. She also has previous experience in development and event planning. She serves on the board of Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Twin Cities and is a fellow of the EYLI Leadership Institute.
Kathleen earned a bachelor’s in international relations and Arabic from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. In her spare time, she loves to read, make and eat food, travel and be around family and friends.
