Anne Hoyt Taff

Anne oversees the strategic direction and fundraising for the Community Sharing Fund, which provides one-time emergency assistance in the form of small grants that help individuals and families bridge short-term financial gaps and avoid major setbacks. Anne is also director for the Community Affiliates Program, serving as a consultant to local community foundations across the state. Her work builds community capacity and strengthens local philanthropic initiatives that address a wide range of issues facing Minnesota.

Anne joined MN Partners in 2016. As an experienced nonprofit professional and licensed attorney, she brings expertise in nonprofit management and fundraising to her daily work. Prior to joining MN Partners, worked as Senior Development Officer at Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota.

Anne received her J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, and has a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College. Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
